We are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications that support our mission and vision statement. We believe this project will include: We are seeking grant writers to join our non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting young women and girls. We do not require experience in this area, only a strong desire to learn and succeed. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and pursuing grant opportunities that align with our organization's mission and goals. They will work closely with program directors and the development team to gather information and data necessary for crafting compelling grant proposals. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, writing, and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. French Translation of Technical Documents
Axis Forestry Inc. has launched our own brand of tree processor, called the Rebel (tree processors fell trees, delimb them and then cut them to length for transport to the sawmill). Our team knows that many tree processor operators speak French and may struggle with technical documents written in English only. We want our new machines to be accessible for French-speaking individuals by translating written technical documents and how to guides into French.
Research and Writing Opinion Articles on Hospice Palliative Care in Canada
The main goal of this project is to research and write opinion articles about various topics related to hospice palliative care in Canada. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and understanding the current landscape of hospice palliative care in Canada. - Identifying key topics and issues related to hospice palliative care in Canada. - Writing opinion articles on these topics and issues. - Ensuring the articles are well-researched and accurate.
Making Hospice Palliative Care Research Accessible
The overarching objective of this project is to make hospice palliative care research being done by experts accessible to all audiences with the goal of promoting the practical use of research knowledge. The specific objective is to identify recent hospice palliative care research articles that are relevant to the membership of HPCO and write lay summaries of the article for inclusion in our "member's e-newsletter" and publication on our website (https://www.hpco.ca/research/).
