Conducting research on corporate training programs of other organizations. Analyzing data from employee interviews and surveys regarding training. Identifying topics of future training such as those related to new employee training, new product training, security procedure training, leadership development, diversity training, mentorship programming, or sexual harassment training. Recommending next steps for improving our company’s training programs.

Mobile App Development

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We use an app to connect with our customers. We would like to collaborate with students to implement some app updates. These updates will help us provide new features and fix bugs. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our platform, products and services. Identifying updates that should be added to our app. Implementing and documenting changes. Recommending areas for future app improvement.

Community Engagement and Outreach Plan for Non-Profit Organizations

The main goal for the project is to develop a community engagement and outreach plan for non-profit organizations, specifically for ECS, to increase awareness and involvement in their environmental consulting services. This will involve creating strategies to connect with the community, promote their services, and build lasting relationships with potential clients and partners.

State-Specific Stormwater Management Resource Library

The project aims to address the challenge of navigating the complex landscape of stormwater management regulations across the United States. Businesses often struggle with compliance due to the varied requirements and documentation needed for each state. By creating a comprehensive library of stormwater management documents, inspection forms, and compliance guides, this project seeks to streamline the process for businesses. The goal is to compile and organize resources for all 50 states, ensuring that businesses can easily access the necessary permits, forms, and best practices. This will ultimately improve compliance efficiency and reduce the risk of non-compliance penalties. The project will involve researching state-specific regulations, gathering relevant documents, and organizing them into a user-friendly digital library.
