Our team is looking for a product specialist who can focus on providing value to our esteemed customers, ensure that the product is meeting quality standards, and grow both awareness and use of the product. Project requirements include: Product Planning: Create a road map everyone can look at to understand the vision, goals, and current status User Research: Discover unmet customer needs by talking to customers and researching what other businesses are doing Product Integration: Ensuring the flow starting from a person's first interaction with our brand (a social media ad, a poster on the street, a link on google, etc) to use of the product is seamless, enjoyable, and optimized Quality Assurance: Testing how the platform works on our production and staging platforms to ensure that changes are improving user experience without creating new problems Product Oversight: Steer development toward creating value for customers (not just working away on ideas coming from internal stakeholders)
Media & Marketing - Winter
Our team is looking for a marketing wizard who can help us build brand awareness, create engaging content, drive more consumer traffic, and improve our SEO positioning. Project requirements include: Content Creation: Collaborating with local businesses to create content around the businesses and products on our platform Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site PR Generation: Creating engaging content for deployment to prominent media websites Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords & Social media requirements to increase the number of followers/likes and shares Ultimately, you will be working on planning and/or content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use.
Data Analysis (Fall 2023)
The main goal for this project is to collect and analyze data that will help us discover new customers. Our goal is to understand new audiences and potential customer segments so that we can promote our platform to them and capitalize on new business expansion opportunities.
