Great organization that works effectively with students.

I greatly appreciate the opportunity iSAW offered to us students to be able to creatively approach a topic with analysis and solution oriented mindsets! The topic was important and highly relevant and the formatting was clear and organized. I felt that my contribution was meaningful and that I was able to incorporate my ideas into the project.

Working with iSAW was a productive, creative project experience which encouraged me to curate a unique branding design, infographic and descriptive video to boost the non-profit organization's mission - economic gender equality. Their team is highly professional and genuinely committed to making a positive impact. I was impressed with the dedication to sustainability and community development. They cultivate a collaborative environment making it easy to work together and achieve results to boost gender diversity. Thank you for the opportunity to contribute towards this mutual effort.

The app is confusing in the beginning. But EXTREMELY easy to learn if you actually take a few minutes to figure it out. I dont remember if there was a tutorial on how to navigate the site. But if there isn't a small tutorial could be very useful. But I would definitely keep using the site. I think its pretty awesome,

the experience I had was really fulfilling, and it was so amazing to be encouraged to cover information that often times we as students are either not encouraged to think about, or don't realize until we are in the STEM fields themselves.

I love all the resources that iSAW has created on their digital platform and I look forward to utilizing those resources in my career path.

I truly do not feel that this project was the best fit for me. I believe that the communication was not the best and that the support was not there from the company as a whole.

This project gave my students an opportunity to work on a variety of communication skills while increasing their awareness about gender inequality in the workplace. I am thankful for iSAW's guidance, support, and feedback throughout the project.

Julie Cheam was absolutely wonderful to work with in the beginning phases of the project. The step-by-step emails in the requirements of the project were extremely helpful in guiding me through what was needed answered all the questions.

I enjoyed this project. It helped me to expand my critical thinking as well as further my research skills. This project also introduced me to different platforms such as excel that I was not familiar with before. Overall this project was a great opportunity to work with others and improve my skills in a professional setting.

Working on the Riipen project for iSAW has been an incredibly valuable experience. The project allowed me to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting and collaborate with a diverse team to solve challenges. I particularly appreciated how the project emphasized creativity, adaptability, and teamwork. This experience enhanced my project management skills, strengthened my ability to set and achieve goals, and taught me the importance of maintaining open communication. While the project was rewarding, it also presented challenges, especially in the early stages when the objectives weren’t entirely clear. However, these moments taught me to take initiative, seek clarification, and reframe challenges as opportunities to grow.

I struggled with using excel, since I had no experience using that program. So for me it was frustrating at times to try to integrate doing a time sensitive assignment while also having to learn how to navigate the programs used to create what was needed to hand in. However the actual assignment workload itself was very reasonable. Now I at least have a little experience with excel. Also since I am an older student, the website RIipen was difficult for me to navigate times. All in all the experience was neither bad nor good for me.

I really enjoyed working on this project. I had no information about iSAW prior to this project and I found spending some time researching and developing the grid and infographic were really informative.

iSAW always makes an effort to tailor learning opportunities to each student's interests and career goals. This personalized approach allowed students to gain experience in areas that were most relevant to their future careers.

I learned a lot through the iSAW program with the American Women's College. It allowed me the freedom to explore important topics relating to gender inequality in the workplace and specifically as working mother which was a personal aspect to my own experiences.
