I worked with a team of students in the Marketing Principals from Regent University as well as their professor, Takenya J Fulks to develop a Marketing Plan for our app and customized subscription box, Fledglings' Flight. Ms. Fulks was exceptionally organized and sent out weekly emails that explained the deliverables that were to be completed by the students that would culminate in a final report at the end of 8 weeks. The lead student was in regular contact with me through the Riipen app to gather company information and submit deliverables for review and feedback. The team of students submitted a very thorough 38-page Marketing Plan that included Company Analysis, Goals and Objectives, Marketing recommendation. The students were very professional and created an excellent final report.

The goal of this project is to receive an in-depth analysis of industry’s competitive, technological, and regulatory trends; social and economic trends within the target market, as well as SWOT analysis for Adventuretown Toy Emporium's new product, Fledglings' Flight (https://www.fledglingsflight.com). This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the competitive landscape of the toy industry and the target market for Fledglings' Flight. - Analyzing the technological trends in the industry and the target market. - Investigating the regulatory trends in the industry and the target market. - Examining the social and economic trends in the target market. - Developing a SWOT analysis of Fledglings' Flight.
