We had a great experience working with McMaster Center for Continuing Education. We appreciated the professor’s openness to chat with us before the course started to make sure it was good fit for both of us. Moving forward, we welcome the opportunity to get the professor’s input and perspective on student work throughout the duration of the course. From a technical perspective, it would be helpful to ensure that deliverables sent to clients work before the end of the semester/quarter. Finally, we would have liked to have more frequent phone calls with the students and recommend establishing those expectations and lines of communication at the beginning of the course.
