Social Media Engagement and Community Management Enhancement
Grey Dove Design House is seeking to enhance its social media engagement and community management operations for its existing clients. The goal of this project is to ensure that the social media presence of these clients remains active, engaging, and aligned with their brand values. This project also provides students with a deeper understanding of my mentorship approach to ensure a smooth experience for both the students and myself. Students will receive guidance and feedback through regular interactions to foster their growth and success. Key tasks include: -Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages across all client social media platforms. Initiate conversations with followers to encourage interaction. Share user-generated content and engage with influencers relevant to the brand. -Community Management: Monitor client social media accounts using a specialized management tool. Track engagement metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement. Develop a protocol for responding to both positive and negative feedback. -Story Publishing: Create visually appealing content for Instagram and Facebook stories. Schedule and publish stories consistently, ensuring alignment with client branding and campaigns. -Social Media Management Strategy and Implementation: Conduct an analysis of Grey Dove Design House LTD.'s current social media presence. Plan a photoshoot to highlight the company's brand, ensuring that the visuals align with brand messaging and aesthetics Develop a content calendar and strategy for the founder’s personal social media accounts. Create and publish content that reflects the founder’s brand values and engages the target audience. -Instagram Highlight Cover Archive Story Project: Review all client Instagram stories monthly. Organize stories into designated highlight covers according to brand themes and categories. Ensure highlights are visually consistent and informative for followers.
