Interactive Content Creation for Engagement

Main Objective:  To leverage chatbot marketing to create an engaging and interactive presence on Instagram. This will ultimately increase our follower count and drive sign-ups for our waitlist on our landing page. Project Description : Create and execute 3 chatbot marketing campaigns containing innovative interactive content, such as Instagram polls, quizzes, and direct message triggers, leveraging chatbot technology to captivate potential users and encourage engagement on social media and sign-ups to our waitlist on our landing page. The Problem To Be Solved: We currently face challenges in growing our social media following and converting that engagement into sign-ups for our waitlist to test our MVP. Students will be tasked with solving this problem by designing and implementing chatbot-driven content strategies that effectively capture and retain user interest. Expected Outcomes: By the end of the project, students are expected to achieve measurable increases in Instagram followers and increase our email waitlist through their innovative use of chatbot marketing.

UI/UX Designer for a Social Community App

The project goal is to collaborate with the product team to prepare, test, and gather user feedback to help iterate on the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) by doing the following: Complete the Design of Testing Environment: The intern will work closely with product team to finish designing the testing environment, ensuring that it aligns with the objectives of the user tests and provides accurate and actionable data for design improvements. Conducting Various User Tests: The intern will lead the design and execution of user tests, including A/B testing, usability testing, surveys, and one-on-one interviews. Insights Gathering: Through these user tests, the intern will gather valuable insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points. These insights will inform design updates aimed at improving accessibility, refining user personas, enhancing brand impact, analyzing heatmaps, and optimizing user flow. Collaborating with Engineers: Collaboration with engineers will involve translating design concepts into practical testing scenarios and providing guidance on implementation to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the testing process. Problem Solving for Students: By the end of the project, students are expected to solve the challenge of navigating and interacting within the social community app more intuitively. The outcome students should achieve includes: Improved navigation flow within the app for seamless user interaction. Enhanced community engagement features to foster a sense of belonging and interaction. Implementation of accessibility and privacy features to cater to the diverse user base, ensuring inclusivity and user data protection. We are seeking individuals who are knowledgeable in the following areas: Figma: Essential for creating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. Knowledge of translating design to code: Vital for seamless handoffs and ensuring design consistency in development. Task Management software (e.g., Trello, Jira): User Testing platforms Analytics: Key for data-driven decision-making and understanding user behavior. Whiteboard software (e.g., Figjam, Miro) Survey forms: Helpful for collecting user feedback and conducting research. Deliverables: User Testing Analysis: A summarized analysis of user testing data, focusing on key insights that can inform immediate design decisions. This could include:Top findings from A/B testing Key usability study observations Summary of survey and interview feedback
