Lorraine was a great worker and did superior documentation for the next crew to be able to pick up exactly where she left off and understand how she got to that point. Worked well with other team mates and was the best in her group at being able to pivot tasks when requested to change focus due to needs of the project. When there was a team conflict on how to do a section of the project 4 meetings ended up occurring with significant discussions. When told to change direction, one member dropped the project completely, another became vacant until the end of the project, but Lorraine, simply pivoted and kept working diligently. Business always has changes happen and to have employees that can change to the needs of the business regardless of their own desires, or thoughts is extremely valuable. That is a leadership style trait and a great asset that Lorraine demonstrated very well. I would gladly write a reference letter for her career progression.
