We hope to update and revamp our existing website based on existing UX/UI prototypes that we have designed.We would like to work with participants to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This might be achieved through common site building tools such as WordPress (which we currently use).This will involve several different steps for the participants, including:Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Sparrow Social (Dating) Back-End + Front-End Development Projects

**Recruiting interns (separately) for both backend or frontend projects. For backend: The main goal of this project is to improve backend code (through debugging) and new feature development for our iOS video-based dating app, Sparrow. The student will gain a deep learning experience of not only technical concepts but also business, go-to-market and monetization strategy. The app is fully-built and in pre-launch stage. For frontend: We would like to implement a handful of new features/improvements within the Sparrow iOS app. This includes animations, UI/UX improvements, in-video chat avatars / features, advanced analytics, and more.

One Iota Golf - Web App UI / UX Design Updates + Improvements

One Iota Golf Performance has developed a software platform that helps athletes and coaches track on-course and off-course performance and uniquely mental performance. While we have an existing project, we are exploring future development and want to design a set of features to develop and pitch to potential clients. The main focus of this project is the following: Evaluate how the golf platform is functioning from a user experience perspective,Make recommendations/suggestions for improving existing elements of the platform, and, BONUS: Make recommendations/suggestions about new elements of the platform that are not currently implemented. 

Back-End Coding and Technology Integration for Best On The Beat Inc. App

The main goal for the project is to develop back-end coding for the Best On The Beat Inc. app and integrate the latest technology to update the current app features. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Understanding the current app features and technology used.- Researching and learning about the latest technology trends and advancements in app development.- Developing and implementing new back-end coding to enhance the app's performance and features.- Integrating the latest technology to improve user experience and functionality.- Testing the updated app for performance and functionality.

Enhancing Website Based on UX/UI Prototypes

One Iota - NodeJS Backend Developer

One Iota Performance is developing a software platform that helps individuals and teams consistently improve and achieve their performance and wellness potential. We are currently well underway on a mobile app that will serve individual users. We are currently in the design phase of our enterprise web app portal which will provide organizations (employers, teams etc.) with the ability to manage their organization members and utilize team features of the platform.The main focus of this project is the following: Support the development of the core backend platform application ahead of and through our public launch. You will work on fixing reported bugs and adding new features
