To increase our service awareness, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships efforts, we’ve designed a project around business development and to build business partnerships in the Ontario, Canada region. Deliverables may include: Completed outreach sequence to new accounts New target companies correctly entered in the CRM that fit our ideal client criteria Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following: Research and compile a database of potential leads for direct/indirect outreach campaigns. Create content and marketing material for the outreaches. Outreach to the potential leads and set up meetings for the CEO.

Website Development - Level Up

Our sales channels include Website sales, Amazon, Kickstarter and other Crowdfunding resources. While each member will be involved in all aspects of our Marketing and working as a team, we will allow each team member to develop within their area of strength.

Launch a Podcast Show for Susan McVea Consulting Inc.
The main goal for this project is to launch a brand new podcast show that generates leads and sales using content created by me. This includes editing shows and creating podcast show notes, researching content topics, and identifying guests for interviews. PROJECT DELIVERABLES By the end of the project, students should demonstrate: - content strategy for the podcast. - Ability to create a podcast format and structure. - Ability to create a podcast logo and artwork. - Ability to record and edit podcast episodes. - Ability to upload and publish podcast episodes. - Ability to promote the podcast on social media and other platforms. - Ability to analyze the performance of the podcast and make adjustments as needed. Final deliverables should include: - All final edited audio files. - All artwork and logos. - A written report explaining the design process and outcomes. -Updates to the existing standard operating procedure (as needed).
Social Media Marketing Project
The main goal of this project is to increase visibility for Brazily Fitness Inc. and to get more people interested in taking classes with them (either in person or online) or signing up to become instructors. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, and Facebook. - Developing a social media strategy to reach potential customers and instructors. - Analyzing the performance of the content and adjusting the strategy accordingly. - Researching other variables that can improve the visibility of the brand. - Testing the developed strategy and making improvements based on additional data.
Cold Outreach Pilot Program
The main goal of this project is to pilot our Brazily Dance program at gyms and studios by contacting owners and managers through cold outreach via email or social media. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching gyms and studios in the target area. - Creating a list of contacts to reach out to. - Drafting emails or social media posts to send out. - Tracking responses and following up with interested contacts. - Generating leads and managing follow up.
Improving Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc.
The main goal of this project is to improve Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc. by reviewing our processes and services to improve the company to be the best client centric care that we take pride in providing. This includes building a competitive landscape for our company and providing analysis of the competitors, conducting user testing on our company's new product and providing an analysis on the results, and providing best strategies and best practices to determine our target audience and determine where to find them, as well as building a sales closing document/pitch to increase sales.
Digital Marketing Project
Students will enhance ArcPro's online presence by optimizing a website for user experience, creating engaging social media content, and developing visually appealing videos. The goal is to boost brand awareness, increase website traffic, and enhance business image in the digital space.
Field Sales & Marketing
In the sales project, students will actively collaborate with Studental's sales team to understand the sales process, contribute to sales strategies, and work on increasing student enrollment in the dental coverage program. The aim is to improve the effectiveness of sales efforts and achieve measurable growth in student participation.
Podcast Hosting Migration: Updating Episodes
The goal of this project is to update podcast episodes with migration to new hosting and to check all shownotes for correct links, promotions, and resources. This will also include updating the podcast website for user experience. There are over 160 podcast episodes. Depending on proficiency and experience the student is expected to update as many podcast episodes as possible.
Redesign Emails for Haletale Inc.
The goal of this project is to redesign the emails going out of Haletale platform. These are mostly notifications. The backend technology is Ruby on Rails. Team will support in walking thought this the code base. Expertise in HTML and CSS is needed in order to make changes to the emails.
Sales Process Optimization
Earthshot Factory helps Fortune 500's save more lives and accelerate progress on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by leveraging AI. Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook.
Digital Content Creation- Insta
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Focus on Instagram. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.
