Working with the employers from Understanding and Combating Anti-Asian Racism in Canada: An Online Course Development through Minerva Innovations Consultancy was a valuable and eye-opening experience. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to write the TEDx talk, 'Exploring Racial Dynamics: The Role of White Women in Racism within Canadian Nursing.' It was an insightful process to explore such a critical topic and delve deep into the intersectionality of race, gender, and systemic oppression. I hope the content sparks reflection and drives important conversations about racism within the Canadian nursing profession. Thank you for allowing me to contribute to such an impactful project.
