Your research work will contribute to our growth and expansion assessment!To successfully expand, we need to find out: Are we targeting the current market effectively? Which new markets align with our current one? What is the market size for new regions? Where are buyers that we have yet to reach? What are the pros and cons of expanding our operations? What potential competitors exist in new locations? What legal protocol and other risks will need to be considered?

Our organization is growing and scaling up! We are looking for student(s) to support us in improving overall sales and operational performance by conducting activities to enhance all possible areas according to our strategic development plan. By the end of the project, business will have improved sales & operation efficiencies. For example, faster communication response, reduced sales process, more comprehensive sales and operation support etc.

This project's primary goal is to conduct business development activities by prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts, reaching out to 20 prospects that have synergies with our business - ground charter transportation services (examples are partners in tourism/wedding/event planning/community events/schools etc.).Have a conversation with prospects and try to sell a contract. Develop partnerships and generate long-term B2B sales. You will be encouraged to come up with some creative marketing strategies/methods in your action plan to reach out to prospects and have a script ready to pitch Leo Charter Services.

Social Media Marketing Strategy Plan for The Clean Divorce

The main goal for the project is to create and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy plan for The Clean Divorce. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Conducting a thorough analysis of the company's target audience, goals, and current social media presence.- Developing a detailed social media marketing strategy plan that includes content creation, posting schedule, engagement tactics, and performance measurement.- Implementing the strategy plan across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.- Monitoring the performance of the implemented strategy and making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
