Funding Essentials - Recurring Revenue Business Ideas (Implementation)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Recurring Revenue Business Ideas (Implementation) Focus: Research and Implement Recurring Revenue Projects for Existing Business Growth We have some great ideas on how to create passive or semi-passive income and would like to work with entrepreneurial-minded students to begin the implementation process. We will begin with an analysis of research completed, make any adjustments, then begin to implement the various projects to transition to a recurring revenue model. Funding Essentials is a professional writing services company that offers research, writing, and business consultations (https://www.fundinginc.biz/our-services). We are moving towards a business model that includes coaching other writers and offering advice (industry expert) vs. actual writing services. A few ideas we are considering: 1. Create Service or Retainer Plans (10/hrs worth of services for $xxx per month). 2. Offer Product/Service Subscriptions (Grant Research Reports or Search Options, Newsletters, Training, etc.) 3. Coaching/Sell Grant Writer Training Services (Trusted Advisor, Grant Writing Consulting) 4. Referral Service 5. Develop Online Courses on the Art of Grant Writing 6. Build an Online Membership Program (Grant Writers sign-up to access my lead generation, and/or Clients can gain access to vetted grant writers.) 7. Affiliate Marketing 8. Competition Funding/Contest FINAL DELIVERABLES: Complete research and a comparative analysis of recurring revenue models to determine which model(s) best suit our company. Develop a step-by-step action plan, including timelines and an estimated budget for implementing any new model(s). Begin implementation of any new model(s) within the available internship timeframe. Ensure the tasks are transitioned back to the company with complete instructions regarding deliverable activities and next steps. RESOURCES: We can provide any additional internal materials to ensure a complete understanding and smooth collaboration.
