The main goal of this project is to improve Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc. by reviewing our processes and services to improve the company to be the best client centric care that we take pride in providing. This includes building a competitive landscape for our company and providing analysis of the competitors, conducting user testing on our company's new product and providing an analysis on the results, and providing best strategies and best practices to determine our target audience and determine where to find them, as well as building a sales closing document/pitch to increase sales.

Product specifications document/and Impact Estimates and 1 Pagers for each of the item in the product roadmap

Develop a product requirements document describing a feature or improvement that responds to a business problem of our choosing.You would be taking a product feature/improvement from our product roadmap from a 1 -liner stage to 1 pager stages and then to a full product specification document (which involves doing impact estimates, wire-framing, and through breakdown of Use cases for development)You are expected to deliver the assigned product feature/improvement's 1 pager and full spec documents!

Develop wholesale interface

TinyHorse is regularly approached with wholesale requests, but we do not have a platform for wholesale accounts. Use your 80 hours to research and deploy a wholesale strategy. We are interested in a password-protected, wholesale version of our current website. If hours remain after establishing this platform, you will be tasked with developing an email campaign to reconnect with those previously showing interest in a wholesale account.

Tenure Backend Development

The main goal of this project is to build the backend for Tenure, a savings and rewards fintech startup, using Node Js / Typescript. This will involve integrating the backend with the web react front end and the mobile react native apps.
