Thank you so much for your help. You took the discussions we had well and implemented them wonderfully. I think the only feedback would be that as the client I would have liked a bit more communication/follow up when I was busy with work to let me know there was work to review. As a business owner I have a million things on the go, and an email or call to remind me that there was work to review would have been helpful (for us both). Also, the presentation format (the PowerPoint) I think could / should be tailored to the business you are presenting to. A landscaping business should maybe look one way, a financial company another set of colours and format and a bridal design business a totally different way. Clients want to see that you are customizing it to them and that it’s not just a cut and paste job (not at all saying that’s what you did- just saying everyone wants to feel special and that a client may be excited to review a presentation that looks like it was specifically made for them.)
