Team “SEAR", is an enthusiastic group of four young gentlemen, all studying aspects of engineering, who worked on the project they selected from our offerings from our new "not for profit": Mindfulness Council of Canada. They were always on time for our Zoom meetings, professional and task focused. Communication was good, and they were respectful and presented themselves well. Team SEAR's MCC project research, dedication, intra-team and MCC collaboration, plus their individual skills created a wonderful addition to our development. This is one that we hope will enhance MCC’s website and progress. We were lucky to attract their interest in our project and recommend this team to others considering working with them in the future. In our estimation, they all have bright futures ahead. This is a brilliant, highly functional team of bright young men with a nice variety of skills. They helped me with desk research on a world bank funded project as well as teaching me how to do process flow charts! I would be happy to work with them again!
