The students can decide on one (or more) of the following projects: An employee training manual that will provide best-in-class, interprovincially relevant content to develop and hone soft skills in the areas of customer service, cash handling, special events, teamwork, receptive tourism & hospitality skills. This may also include numeracy, and basic food safety requirements An employer guide that highlights the importance and advantages of hiring a diverse and inclusive workforce, which should also include an employer self-assessment, to provide feedback to the employer for their own training and professional development Other suggested/proposed guides from the students
