Positions available: up to 15 students (3 teams of 3-5 students each) Our company is looking for a Sales Representative Interns to gain experience generating leads and meeting sales goals. Project tasks will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. Sales Representative Interns Responsibilities: Generating leads. Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understanding and promoting company programs. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability. We want you to investigate our sales process to help us iterate our sales process. You will have access to our Sales Manager for information and we will provide all current sales collateral for review. You will also be provided high level data, but not individual account information. Focus may include, but is not limited to: Mapping our customer journey. Identifying problem areas where prospects disengage from the sales funnel. Developing recommendations of how we can improve our sales process. The final project deliverable is a 10-page written report detailing our current sales process and your recommended changes. The report should include: A visual graphic of current sales process. Current touchpoints between prospect & sales team. Current sales collateral that is exchanged. Drop-off rates between each sales stage. Recommendations for improvement.

You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation for one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also be assisting our Human Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in operations management (or a related field) and have prior experience in a management or leadership position. To succeed in this position; you need to be curious, creative and tech savvy. You need to stay up to date with data programming software and apps, have outstanding understanding of statistics and mathematics, and be proficient in writing algorithms. Top candidates will be persistent, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Data Scientist Responsibilities: Having meetings with team members regarding projects. Collecting and interpreting data. Automating and integrating processes. Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges.
