Rebecca Lynn Lyons is the Founder and CEO of Exera, a pioneering HR tech platform focused on transforming employee experience through data-driven insights. With over a decade of experience in sales operations management, process optimization, and team leadership across global industries, Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise to the world of HR analytics. Known for her commitment to inclusive, high-performing workplaces, she designed Exera to help organizations improve employee retention, pay equity and performance management in a seamless, intuitive way.

Rebecca is currently completing her Executive MBA from Valar Institute and has certifications in Growth Marketing from Growclass and Management Consulting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Her background in industrial/organizational psychology and Human Resources management from the University of Waterloo has informed her empathetic, people-centric approach to business, while her experience as a management and digital transformation consultant has equipped her with a robust strategic and operational toolkit.
