Familiarizing themselves with our past fundraising activities and donors. Conducting background research on fundraising strategies. Recommending suitable fundraising strategies and creating a timeline / calendar of these activities. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in implementing new fundraising activities.

Data Analysis Research

Our research lab publishes dozens of papers every year to promote projects in our field of research. Among these papers are studies detailing our lab’s findings from data analysis. We would like to collaborate with students to analyze our raw datasets. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our project’s objectives and analysis procedures. Checking for and correcting inconsistencies in the dataset. Calculating important results and plotting data in graphs and charts. Performing relevant statistical tests to determine the significance of results. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending future areas of study.

Blogging

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We want to create a blog to strengthen our marketing. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.

Tax Filing and Accounting Review for ALF Trading & Technology Corp.

The main goal for the project is to complete three years of tax filing T2 for ALF Trading & Technology Corp. Additionally, the project aims to review the accounting in QuickBooks, make adjustments to the balance sheet, and submit CRA filing. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Reviewing the financial records and transactions of ALF Trading & Technology Corp. for the past three years. - Completing the T2 tax filing for the corporation. - Analyzing the accounting in QuickBooks and making necessary adjustments to the balance sheet. - Ensuring compliance with CRA regulations and submitting the required filings.
