Our company advertises services targeting different segmentations. We have developed a set of marketing strategies to support our business expansion and development, but it has been challenging to manage. We would like to collaborate with students to review and post content promoting our company in line with our development strategies to increase branding awareness, nurture engagement and grow sales. Some of the KPIs are: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) improvement: ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords; Social media improvement: increase the number of followers/likes and share; Increase in sales/leads generation/conversion rate.

This project's primary goal is to conduct business development activities by prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts, reaching out to 20 prospects that have synergies with our business - ground charter transportation services (examples are partners in tourism/wedding/event planning/community events/schools etc.).Have a conversation with prospects and try to sell a contract. Develop partnerships and generate long-term B2B sales. You will be encouraged to come up with some creative marketing strategies/methods in your action plan to reach out to prospects and have a script ready to pitch Leo Charter Services.

Our organization is scaling up and expanding our operations. We are looking for students to help review and improve current legal documents and policies, provide advice in developing comprehensive business legal documents & policies for multiple areas of operation to protect and support business growth, and make recommendations on selecting the right legal partners.

We are looking for assistance in completing a project proposal/funding application that supports one of our business development goals as well as our mission and vision statement.

Analyze existing financial documentation process and recommend the appropriate strategy for optimizing the way we are organizing our finances on paper. This will include reviewing major types of reporting such as cash flow, expenses, income, etc.
Website redesign
Evaluate our existing website, propose redesign option(s), and work with us to enhance our website to make it more contemporary, navigable, informative, professional and SEO friendly.

Editing a legal B2B contract
We want a student from law or someone that knows about legal documents to help us organize and formalize a legal document that is used for B2B contracts. The contract itself will help retain business for the long term and we want this to be a central theme in the new edition. The project includes 4-5 pages of contract editing.
Partnership proposal writing
The main goal of this project is to submit 2 partnership proposals to an already selected base of prospective partners that Leo Charter Services can build long term contracts with. This will involve organizing already identified ideas of why the partnership would be fruitful into one document that could be a few pages, to be submitted to the prospect. We expect up to 2 proposals per stipend. The company will be positioning itself to strategic partnerships for future growth.
Company policy & guidelines improvement
The project's main goal is to enhance and update the existing company policy and guidelines based on the current operation needs. The successful project outcome will improve the communication efficiency for both external (dealing with clients) and internal (staff training) levels of the organization.Consolidated documentation will be used to for training purposed and be used as operation guidelines. The total document length to be worked on is approximately 8-10 pages.
Business Development through Marketing

Digitization and Website Development
We would like to further digitize and upgrade our existing website for our organization. The website should be developed based on existing cloud-based website development service tools or other available platform-built tools. We would like to work with students to enhance our existing website and grow our business along with the digitization progress.
