The Path to Customer Success (Path2CS) program will assist diverse women from across Ontario who have lost their jobs in the service sector due to COVID-19. It will prepare them for remote work in Customer Success roles. Students come from backgrounds such as customer service, retail, hospitality and tourism, food services, and other roles that involve providing products or services to individuals.

The placement will be 12 weeks (30 - 40 hours per week) in length with participants working remotely on a full time basis. The Path to Customer Success program can provide $3,000 per placement to offset the cost of wages. Looking to hire trained workers in the areas of customer success? Micro-credentials achieved includes: - Customer Success and Data Analytics Certificate (Lighthouse Labs)- Consultative Sales Training Certificate (CPSA)- Remote Worker Certificate (Workplaceless).
